Testimonials
Having personally attended five different Integral Exbiditon trips myself (Nepal, Myanmar 2 times, Peru, trek, Machu Pichu and Australia,) I can say that these trips are educational opportunities of the highest order.
I've returned from each and every one of them a different and better person. They hit me on so many levels. Learning about and connecting with people from other cultures had a profound emotional impact. I've found global exposure itself provided abundant intellectual stimulation, broadened my base of life experience and world-view.
Being with people from other parts of the world opened me up to being more knowledgeable of different cultures, geography, history, philosophy, economics, politics and my own spiritual development. There was also the bonding with some of the people in the group, getting to know each other and sharing our experience being together that was profound in a deep and nourishing way. The change of scenery offerred a reprieve from the automatic, habituated reactivity that usually dictates my experience of myself, my relationships, my life, and allowed me the space to go inward and discover myself in a whole new way. No doubt, the state of heightened 'connectivity,' and open heartedness spilled over to my clinical work as well. I felt closer to my clients, clearer-headed, energized and more creative.
