An Invitation to participate - Heart Intelligence Retreat October 7-10, 2010
When we relax in what some call the 'BodyMind', we create a physiological change deep inside of us at a cellular level.
Although many of us know how to relax physically, few of us really understand how to move into emotional and energetic safety which gives us access to the more conscious front part of our brain, where we can tap into limitless choice, wisdom, integration and awareness.
The question is... how do we move from a place of anxiety, stress, insecurity and doubt into a place where we can deeply relax into the knowing that we're okay, where we feel safe and where we can rest in the experience that everything around us is perfect?
What's more, how do we take that experience of awakening and then live it as a consistent and sustainable way of life?
I will be hosting a 4-day heart intelligence retreat led by Dr. Christian Pankhurst which will provide the safety net for us to delve more deeply into the core of our own emotions.

About Daniel Linder, MFT
Relationships. I was born with a keen sense about relationships, was always assessing how close and intimate people are with each other. I had a knack for relationships. The importance of relationships cuts to the core of who I am. The combination of clinical training, 25 years of professional experience treating dysfunctional, non-intimate couples and families, as well as rigorous self analysis has given me a lot to work with. I put what seemed to come naturally to me under a microscope in an effort to break the process of building healthy relationships down to concrete essentials: Understanding of Basic Principles, Communication Skills, Self-realization and Intimacy.
